A guy in my local club is looking for some help with grill hoop he needs bent, only he's WAY far from me so I can't get to him. Anyways, he asked me to design the hoop and get him the instructions so he can build it with his bender. I'm trying to get the calibration numbers for a 1 5/8 die with a 6 inch radius. This way I should be able to get it close for him.
Thanks.
guide him through the tutorial on bend tech to get the correct numbers. take 3' 1.875 tube mark it 4"(mark loc) bend a 90* and measure each leg.... and give you the numbers every bend is different. I used the generic numbers and came up 3" short then calibrated and its spot on now

The part you are making.... The template is a little tricky. Make sure you use Verify under the Misc tab when you are done to make sure you are getting what you are planning.
